Therapeutic Rates
Initial therapy consultation/intake fee is $180
Therapy sessions
are $150/hour
Insurance
Please verify with your insurance plan that behavioral health is covered with your plan. We are a United Healthcare as well as a Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO (BCBS) provider, however, some BCBS group plans do not cover behavioral health, but instead contract it out to another insurance carrier. This will help to ensure your services will be paid by your plan at their highest rate instead of leaving you responsible for the bill.
We are required under our contract with your insurance plan to collect any co-payments, deductibles, or co-insurance. If you have a co-payment, you are expected to pay it at the time of service. We will bill you for any deductible or co-insurance amount.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend an appointment, I request that you provide at least 24 hours advanced notice
to our office. Since I am unable to use this time for another client, please note that you will be billed for
the entire cost of your scheduled appointment if it is not timely cancelled, unless such cancellation is due
to illness or an emergency.
For cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice (unless due to illness or an emergency) or a
scheduled appointment that is completely missed, you will be mailed a bill directly for the full session
fee.
